RETURNS & REFUNDS

Timeframe for Refunds/Exchanges:
  • Reach out within 14 days of receiving your order to inform us of your intention to return.
  • Refunds/exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving the package.
Condition of Returned Items:
  • All items must be returned in brand new, unused condition and inside their original packaging. Please keep in mind our lustrous jewellery has been through a process of high quality plating and polishing so it can be marked even by soft surfaces such as your fingers. Exercise caution when handling the pieces if you think you may need to return/exchange. 
Exchange Policy:
  • Exchanges for a different style are allowed, as long as the item is in the exact condition it was received in (refer to exchange process for more information). 
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Preventing Stock Issues:
  • Customers are recommended to purchase the desired exchange piece to avoid stock selling out while waiting for the exchange to be processed.
Sale Items:
  • Sale items are non-refundable.
Damage or Defects:
  • If the item arrives damaged, the customer must notify the store on the same day upon receiving the package.
Return Shipment Responsibility:
  • The store is not responsible for loss or damage during return shipment.
  • Shipping costs won't be refunded for returns unless the item is faulty or the wrong piece.
Return Form Requirement:
  • The return form must be included in the return package.
Refund/Exchange Process:
  • Customers meeting the criteria should email the store at jander-online@outlook.com
  • Once the refund is confirmed, customers should fill out, print, and follow the instructions on this form.
  • Note: Check your junk mail after submitting the form if you have not received a response.
  • Refunds will be issued upon receiving and approving the returned items.
  • For exchanges, (provided the item is in acceptable condition) a refund is issued, and customers can repurchase their desired product.
Shipping Costs:
  • Shipping costs for returns/exchanges are at the customer's expense.
  • If the wrong address is entered, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping costs.
  • Customers are advised to check return shipping costs, especially for international returns.

It's always a good practice for customers to carefully review and understand the return and exchange policies before making a purchase.
